The Bus

It's a 1984 MCW Mk11 Metrobus, 9.5m long with a 10.5L 6LXB Gardner engine. From 1984 to 2005 it spent its life in the North East of England finishing up with "Go North East" as a school bus. It was then retired and converted to a mobile casino. In November 2006 we purchased it for a well earned semi retirement in the West Country.

It only taken three and a half years but the big day arrived on 1st April (no pun intended) but I hope its not a fools joke. L L is now legal and ready for the road, but it still needs a driver. John is working hard to get a LGV class 2. Until  he does then it will be a case of waiting and finishing off all those little things that somehow get bypassed for the bigger things.
